As of April 9th, we've shipped almost all of the 55,00 Jet Black Kickstarter Pebbles, we expect red Pebbles to start shipping to Kickstarter backers by the end of April. Orange will be next followed by grey and white, though specific timelines are not yet available for these. We will provide updates as we know more. We will notify you by email 1-2 weeks before your order ships asking you to review your shipping address (you will have 48 hours from the receipt of the email to make any necessary changes). We cannot give you an individual ETA. You can follow our progress through Kickstarter updates and on http://www.ispebbleshipping.com. When are colour (non-Black) Pebbles shipping?
We expect red Pebbles will start shipping by the end of April. We do not yet have a confirmed scheduled for orange, grey or white Pebbles, but will provide updates to our Kickstarter backers as we have more information.
How do I confirm and update my address?
You can log onto your Pebble account at https://account.getpebble.com and manage your delivery address at any time before your Pebble ships. We will notify you by email (from kickstarter@getpebble.com) 1-2 weeks before your order ships asking you to review your shipping address. Once your order has been finalized you will not be able to update or change your shipping address. If your address is displayed correctly on your account summary page (https://account.getpebble.com/order/summary), you will not need to take any further action.
How can I track my order?
The best way to follow your Pebble order is to login to your order summary at http://account.getpebble.com/order/summary. We will also send you a tracking number when your Pebble leaves the distribution center so that you can follow its progress.

To reset your password visit https://account.getpebble.com/users/password/new.
How can I tell my place in the shipping queue?
We are not able to notify you of your exact position in the shipping queue. Sorry!
Is it possible to change my Pebble colour?
We are no longer accepting changes to colour (non-black) Pebbles, however colour Pebble backers can switch from a colour Pebble to Jet Black Pebble to expedite shipping of their Pebble.
My order is stuck in Processing Shipment. What do I do?
It's not unusual to be in the "Processing Shipment" stage for up to 2-3 weeks or more. Don’t worry! We’ll get you your Pebble.
Do you offer extra charger cables and straps?
Starting May 2013 you will be able to purchase additional charger cables and straps. We will post in a Kickstarter update when this is ready.
What’s the ETA for the large strap?
We will start shipping the large straps orders in March 2013.
What’s the ETA for the SDK?
We do not have a firm timeline to offer for the release of the SDK release. You can check out an early release of Pebble Intents on Android at http://developer.getpebble.com and follow our Updates, Facebook, and Twitter for more details in the coming weeks.
