I placed a pre-ordered, but still haven’t paid. Is there something wrong with my account?

I placed a pre-ordered, but still haven’t paid. Is there something wrong with my account? 
Payment for a pre-order isn't due until your Pebble is ready to ship to you, and we don't ask for any payment details upfront. This is just a temporary no-fee invoice to confirm that we have your order.


I’m trying to login to my account, but it’s saying “Invalid email or password.” 
We will activate your account closer to the expected ship date (Spring 2013) so that you can confirm your order details.


I placed a pre-ordered and paid around the beginning of January. Where is my Pebble? 
If you have already confirmed payment, you can monitor your account status at http://account.getpebble.com. We expect to will shipping to preorder customers in May, after completing all our Kickstarter shipments.


I’m having trouble logging to my account. How can I reset my password? 
To reset your password visit https://account.getpebble.com/users/password/new.


When will you send me an invoice to complete my order?   
Once your account is activated we will provide you an updated invoice at https://account.getpebble.com/order/summary to arrange a payment.


How can I track my order? 
The best way to follow your Pebble order is to login to your order summary at http://account.getpebble.com/order/summary. We will also send you a tracking number when your Pebble leaves the distribution center so that you can follow its progress.


What’s the ETA? 
Pre-orders placed through www.getpebble.com are expected to begin shipping in May and will take several weeks to fill currently existing pre-orders. We are not able to provide specific delivery dates at the moment, but we will notify you a week prior to shipping so that you will have advanced notice and the opportunity to update your address one last time. You will receive a tracking number in your email when your Pebble leaves the distribution center.


How much does Pebble cost? 
Pebble costs $150 USD per watch, plus applicable taxes, shipping, and customs. We cannot guarantee the price of shipping at the moment, but we expect the international shipping fee to cost approximately $15 USD. To verify any additional charges applicable to your country please contact your country's customs officials.


What are the current payment methods?   
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.


Is it possible to change my Pebble colour? 
Login to your account at https://account.getpebble.com/ and locate a button on your summary page that says "CHANGE COLOR". Once you select that, you will be able to follow the steps to update your Pebble colour(s).


How do I confirm and update my shipping address?   
Once your pre-order account is activated you will be able to log in and manage your delivery address at any time prior to 48 hours prior to shipping through https://account.getpebble.com/.  We’ll notify a few days before shipping your unit ships to verify your address one last time before we finalize your order.


What’s the ETA for the SDK? 
We released the watch face SDK in April. We do not yet have a firm timeline for the next SDK release. You can check out an early release of Pebble Intents on Android at http://developer.getpebble.com and follow our Updates, Facebook, and Twitter for more details in the coming weeks. Sign up here as a developer for easy communication when the SDK becomes available for download.


Do you offer extra charger cables and straps? 
Starting May 2013 you will be able to purchase additional charger cables and straps at http://getpebble.com.


Where do I submit my feedback? 
Your suggestions and thoughts are very important to us at Pebble! We follow all your comments on our forums, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Hackernews, etc. and document all the feedback we receive for future product upgrades and releases.
